STORY OF NARENDRA MODI
It was 26th May of 2014 when Narendra Damodar Das
Modi took the oath as the fifteenth prime minister of India. After the
landslide victory of Narendra Modi led BJP in the 2014 general election
Narendra Modi became the successor of Dr. Manmohan Singh of congress party. He
also became the first ever prime minister of India who took birth after India
got the independence. Under his leadership BJP backed a huge margin victory in
the parliamentary election of 2014 and in for the first time in history of
Indian politics that BJP backed the absolute majority since last 30 years. In
whole BJP led NDA crossed 300 mark put of the total number lok sabha seats.
After the emphatic win in the general election Narendra Modi dedicated the win
to the common masses of India by giving assurance to the 1.25 billion people of
India that “Ache Din Aane Wala Hai” it was also for the first time after 1996
that a single political party backed the absolute majority in the era of
coalition government of Indian democracy. But no one has any idea that what the
common individuals of the country are thinking of the election and as a result
they gave their support to a leader who could stand on the aspirations of the
common people of the nation and a stable government will lead the proceedings
at the centre. As a result it was Narendra Modi who got the opportunity to be
the next prime minister by replacing Dr. Manmohan Singh as the prime minister
of India. He is emerging as a new ray of hope for the people of India that
under his leadership the country will unfold few new chapters which will change
the present situation which is becoming like obstacles in the path of
development and economic prosperity. The foremost challenge before the new
government was to find out some ways and means to deal with various crises
which is breaking the path of the internal and external development and
prosperity. Narendra Modi as the prime minister of India has to meet the
expectations of the common individuals of the country who have voted for him
with a view that under his leadership problems like economic stability,
development, employment opportunity for the youth and poverty etc can be
eradicated within a certain time frame.
The most important question is how Narendra Modi has
accomplished such a near impossible task? Under his leadership BJP swept away
the entire western region by backing 120 seats out of 130 and most importantly
it was for the first time in the Indian political history after independence
that a political party won all the seat of a single state, which was being achieved
by Narendra Modi led BJP in Gujurat. Most of the senior BJP leaders like LK Adjani
and Susa Sara retain their seat from their constituency and won as well.
Narendra Modi himself won the election from Vadodara in a huge margin of more than
five lakh votes. All the BJP chief ministers also contributed whole heartedly
for the party’s glorified victory in the 2014 general election. Most of the
experts were having the notion that Narendra Modi will clean sweep in the
western region but it was shocking news during that point of time when BJP-Shiv
Sena alliance backed 42 seats out of 48 seats in Maharashtra. Even in Bihar and
Uttar Pradesh also Modi wave backed the ever highest number of seats for BJP in
the 2014 election. But in Punjab only where BJP was defeated by the opposition
and as a result senior BJP leader Arum Jailed lost to the former chief minister
of Punjab Mariner Singh. BJP also gained a lot from the other states as well
due to the Mode wave but Mode wave failed to make its mark in the south and
east region of the country. In Tamilnadu Jayalalitha led AIDMK’s performance
was quite commendable and in Odisha the Modi led BJP backed only two
seats. Any way Narendra Modi could able
made a new chapter in the last 65 years of Indian parliamentary democracy. The
whole world was following Indian parliamentary election and its’ results. And
the country has able to emerge as a vibrant democracy in the global map. It is
totally up to the new government and Narendra Modi to emerge as a world leader
and to take the country into new highest.
Ever since Narendra Modi has occupied the prime minister post
his government is trying hard and hard to bring the natural pace of development
and prosperity to the country where the aspirations and expectations of the
common individuals of the country can be achieved. And the fruits of
development can be reached to each citizens of the country. Through the
implementation of innovation and new ideas and policies, the governance has become
transparent and the benefits are being experienced by the common masses of the
country. at first the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana marked a radical change in
the Indian history that it gave a new scope to the ordinary people of the
country to get involved in the developmental process of the country and it gave
a new aspirations and means that it integrated every citizens of the country to
get involved in the financial system. Nest is Modi’s call for Make in India
campaign which made business easy and it promotes the news business houses to
invest more a more for the betterment and development of the nation at a whole.
And as a result it brought unprecedented change and it raised vigour in the
minds of the entrepreneurs and investor to invest their capital in the Indian
market. Initiative like “Shrameva Jayate” also empowered various labour classes
of bother small and medium class industries and it has also boosted the youth
of the country as well. The Modi led government also gave focus on three social
security bill which kept senior citizen and the poor people of the country in
the target group of the policies. Then in 2015 the government introduced
Digital India campaign to bring qualitative change into the lives of the common
individuals of the Indian society. And most importantly the “Swachh Bharat
Aviyan” is a mass movement for cleanliness across the nation. The resolute of
that scheme was historic and even today the impact is visible and is continuing
as well. Under Nrendra Modi’s leadership Indian foreign policy also gone
through a radical change and India is becoming a new world power in upcoming
days. Narendra Modi himself is representing the nation in each and every
meeting and conferences to build a positive and strong image of the country in
the global market. He visited many western countries and addressed the Indian
Diasporas and invited them to come to India and contribute for the development and
prosperity of India. He is rendering his efforts to build good and cordial relation
with each and every country for the prosperous future of India in the forthcoming
time period. Lot of positive and developmental breakthroughs have been occurred
in favour of India due to the untiring effort of this present Narendra Modi led
government. His call for making one day as the international yoga day got a
huge response from most of the nations and finally with each countries consent
21st June was declared as the International Yoga Day throughout the
world. This is how the present government under the encouraging leadership of
Narendra Modi is trying to meet the aspirations of the common individuals of
the society.
